Development of Direct and Asyncronous Online Learning Models to Improve Student Learning Outcomes During Study From Home the COVID-19 Pandemic

The development of learning needs is increasing as the demand for competency improvement not only oriented to mastery material but also more complex competencies, namely holistic knowledge, attitudes and skills. At this time world being hit by a pandemic due Covid-19 which hinders direct interaction in usual. So that requires use communication information technology (ICT) through network (online). Through research, it will be studied determine right formula selection synchronous asynchronous models. This research was conducted using approach with ADDIE model. at Educational Technology Study Program, Faculty Education, State University Surabaya period May – November 2021. acquisition outcomes sychronous better than asynchronous. results analysis can concluded there difference between two models, synchronous.
